As a return customer, I would like to suggest the breakfast issue I have when I book rooms with breakfast for 1 adult with a child ( the room facility was for two adults )but In the end, my child's meal was extra charged, it is not much but annoying please make it more clear and accurate In general, the service is good, the location is very strategic and has private access to the mall

The staff were amicable and welcoming, and the security personnel were extremely helpful in aiding me to navigate across the busy street. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was delectable. I unequivocally intend to return to Bali and stay at this hotel again.

The small kiosk helps us buy easy snacks and last-minute-needed things: wet tissues, Panadol, etc. Good breakfast with attentive staff with sharp eyes that are quick to respond: clean up tables, fill up the almost empty bowl.

First and foremost: The river view facing toward mangrove forest, benoa harbor, and Ngurah Rai airport is priceless. I watch picturesque views every morning, sun down and nighttime from my room window and balcony - no need to go out. Follow with the location, then staff, and value for money.
