HARRIS Hotel Kuta Galleria - Bali

The quick responses of staff. Starting from the time we've been picked up from the airport. He is very patient to wait and walk with us. The small kiosk helps us buy easy snacks and last-minute-needed things: wet tissues, Panadol, etc. Good breakfast with attentive staff with sharp eyes that are quick to respond: clean up tables, fill up the almost empty bowl.

Modern environment, good lift, Access to Galleria mall. My comments are personal and the hotel was very good but I prefer more intimate places.

The location is so close to the big mall and there is a way through the mall back to the hotel and so convenient. The gym is small but has great tools and is clean.

The swimming pool is nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, the room is clean, the location is at a short walk distance (there's an access door from the hotel to the parking area of the mall) to mal galeria kuta bali (shopping center).

The Harris hotel is a superb establishment, and I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The staff were amicable and welcoming, and the security personnel were extremely helpful in aiding me to navigate across the busy street. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was delectable. I unequivocally intend to return to Bali and stay at this hotel again.
